Dr. Todd Panarese is board-certified in Radiation Oncology and has held a board in Internal Medicine. He attended and graduated Cum Laude from Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY. After receiving his medical degree from New York Medical College, he entered the US Army as a Medical Officer and trained in Internal Medicine at Brooke Army Medical Center, Ft. Sam Houston, TX. Upon completion, he was stationed at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Riley, KS, and held several Chief positions, including Chairman of Critical Care. Tasked to evaluate sickend soldiers returning from the first Gulf War, he organized and implemented the Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation Program at Ft. Riley. He was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal and the Southwest Asia Service Medal.
After his Honorable Discharge from the Army, he completed a second residency in Radiation Oncology at St. Barnabas Medical Center, Livingston , NJ, then returned to Brooke Army Medical Center as Assistant Chief, Department of Radiation Oncology.
He joined Cancer Care Centers of Brevard in 2007 and sees patients at our Merritt Island office.
Dr. Panarese is a member of the American Society of Therapeutic Radiologists and Oncologists, Florida Medical Association, and BIMDA.
